Got this tasty pre-marinated lamb salmon from Lidl? Here’s how to cook it in minutes!
- Remove the lamb salmon from its vacuum pack
- Preheat your oven to less than 100°C.
- Prepare a sheet of aluminum foil
- Heat up olive oil in a fry pan and fry the lamb sharply all around until slightly brown (<4min)
- Place on aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes. (core temperatur should be 60°C)
- Put out of the oven, and give it a 5min rest.
Serve with rice or potate wedges, also some grilled onions and carrots do fit well.
