  • Cook chicken breast in a fry pan with garlic and bimi (like baby broccoli) until the chicken is golden then cut into slices.
  • Put the chicken slices on top of the pasta and cover with mini buffalo mozzarella balls, sliced cherry tomatoes and fresh basil.
  • Decorate with some balsamico cream vinegar to give it some extra flavour.

  • Remove the lamb salmon from its vacuum pack
  • Preheat your oven to less than 100°C.
  • Prepare a sheet of aluminum foil
  • Heat up olive oil in a fry pan and fry the lamb sharply all around until slightly brown (<4min)
  • Place on aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes. (core temperatur should be 60°C)
  • Put out of the oven, and give it a 5min rest.

Serve with rice or potate wedges, also some grilled onions and carrots do fit well.

Making char siu pork in your air fryer is super easy! The red pork marinade gives it that classic flavor and color. Just follow these steps:

  • Mix soy sauce, honey, hoisin, five-spice powder, and red food coloring for the marinade. (You can also buy Red Pork Marinade powder and Char Siu sauce in a glass.)
  • Marinate pork loin for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
  • Set air fryer to 190-200°C. (be careful)
  • Cook for 25 minutes, fluip every 5 minutes and glace with honey/hoisin sauce every 5 minutes antil shiny and slightly crispy.
