Rosemary & Basil Glazed Breakfast Bread Rolls

Ingredients:

  • Knack&Back “Sonntagsbrötchen” dough, bread rolls
  • 1 egg yolk + splash of water
  • Fine chopped rosemary and basil leafs
  • Pinch of salt

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven or airfryer to 190°C.
  2. Brush rolls with egg yolk mix.
  3. Sprinkle herbs and salt on top.
  4. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden and crisp.
  5. Decorate with a single basil leaf
