Easy Mini Burgers with Crunchy Cole Slaw & Beetroot

These little burgers are perfect for parties or a quick snack. They’re super easy to make and full of flavor!

Here’s how I do it:

  • Cook small beef patties (I used Butcher’s Burger Wagyu Beef) until nicely browned.
  • Lightly toast the mini buns (also Butcher’s Burger Buns) for extra crunch.
  • Add a slice of beetroot on top of the patty for sweetness.
  • Scoop fresh cole slaw over the beetroot for a refreshing crunch.

Serve warm and enjoy!
