These little burgers are perfect for parties or a quick snack. They’re super easy to make and full of flavor!
Here’s how I do it:
- Cook small beef patties (I used Butcher’s Burger Wagyu Beef) until nicely browned.
- Lightly toast the mini buns (also Butcher’s Burger Buns) for extra crunch.
- Add a slice of beetroot on top of the patty for sweetness.
- Scoop fresh cole slaw over the beetroot for a refreshing crunch.
